CEO Juice in ECi's Hosted Environment

1st step is to get the document attached at the bottom of this post signed.

Email the completed and signed document to eaaddons@ecisolutions.com and copy help@ceojuice.com.

ECi maintains a separate hosted environment for CEO Juice clients and needs to move your eAutomate database there. They will work directly with you to determine when that cut over date will be.
