Overview

Overview

Promoters are raving fans who have answered a 9 or 10 to the question "how likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague" on a scale of zero to ten. By definition these guys are willing to recommend you so why not ask them to recommend you to other people at their company in charge of other products/services you offer that they currently don't use.

This will push the survey details in to HubSpot along with the contact if they don't exist. The process will create a list in HubSpot “Promoters – NPS”. Also, any Contact created/updated (via any of our Tasks) should be identifiable by filtering on the eAuto properties.

We suggest you use ID438 (Push Customers & the Key Services they use to HubSpot) to get these raving fans promoting you wider in your account.

You must be using the marketing version of HubSpot with CEO Juice listed as the partner. Must also be running CEO Juice surveys.

Run Schedule: Daily

Variables

Variables

ID437Variables.PNG

Variable 1: View ONLY variable, CEOJuice will change this when you are ready to go live with this alert

Variable 2: Enter Mode :

1= Promoters only (default)

2=All responses

This task is intended to push only promoters up to HubSpot, but companies may want to see all contacts/scores up in HubSpot.  Setting variable to 2 will push all respondents scores up, creating contacts if they are missing.  *Note - HubSpot charges by contacts, pushing all scores could significantly increase the count of contacts in HubSpot causing an increase in charges.

Variable W: Enter your company HubSpot Hub ID (often called Portal ID). This can be seen in the top right of the UI when you are logged into HubSpot.

Variable X: Enter the API Key used to access your HubSpot Portal. You can find more info on HubSpot API Keys here.

Variable Y: Enter list the list of Branches (separated by comma) that will use this HubSpot Portal or leave Blank for All Branches.

Alert Functionality

Alert Functionality

-We will install in Test Mode first so you can review results before updates made to HubSpot. The email shows (1) the source which indicates if HubSpot created the contact or if CEO Juice created the contact as a promoter. And (2) email provides you a link that will take you straight to the Contact in HubSpot:

-Once you let us know you are ready to go live, then eAuto Properties will be created by us and updated.

-Alert can also be cloned (be clicking on + plus sign) which creates a separate running task if needed. For example, you may have more than one HubSpot ID (for different states), but a single eAuto database (or visa versa).
