Subscribing to this alert provides you with the background pieces required for all our predictive parts processes, and includes the basic process to advise your techs of what parts not currently in their inventory might be required for a newly-assigned service call (based on how close parts in that machine are to meeting yield since last installed). If you want the framework but not the tech notification make sure there is no e-mail address in ToAddress1 and that ToTech and ToTechManager checkboxes are unmarked.
