FMAudit Alert Requirements

Please note the following requirements to install any of these alerts:

1. Only onsite installations of FMAudit Central are supported, as we need to be able to have direct access to the database.
2. We will need name of server\instance for the FMAudit database.
3. We would need to have a CEOJuice user created with direct access to the SQL database with db_datareader access please (all we do is extracting, not writing)
4. We don't need access to the user interface
