ID668 - Tracking Service Calls on Credit Hold, Total Time (in Development)

An alert that tracks the time Service Call is on hold to help see how quickly your collectors are acting on and working calls on hold. Alert would default to report on Hold Code of 'CH'/Credit Hold but also allow for entry of other On Hold Codes as needed.
