Overview

Overview

The basics of this report are to track activity.  If you have two dispatchers, you can see who is entering more calls.  Or, if an employee says they are too busy, you can verify their work load.  This alert is an activity monitoring alert.  It will not show a specific issue but will show general activity.

-Requires the e-automate Employee Record to be linked to a User ID. Please use ID221 to be notified of Employee Records missing the UserID

-Alert is set to look back 3-days when it fires on Mondays; otherwise alert looks back to previous day only.

Dispatch

  • Check the number of service calls entered into the system – SC Calls is the number of service calls entered by that user.
  • Check the number of service calls Invoiced – Invoices are all invoices completed by this user (service invoices, sales invoices, and contract invoices).

Contract

  • Check the number of invoices processed – Invoices are all invoices completed by this user (service invoices, sales invoices, and contract invoices).
  • Assure that they are not doing too many credits – Credit Memos are the number of credit memos issues in a day.  This includes voids.

E-Info

  • See how many service calls are entered by e-Info - SC Calls is the number of service calls entered by that user.

Supply Clerk

  • Check the number of sales orders entered in a day – SO Orders is the number of sales orders created in one day.
  • See how many sales orders are fulfilled each day -  Fulfillments are the number of sales orders are fulfilled each day.
  • Check to insure that sales orders are invoiced -  Invoices are all invoices completed by this user (service invoices, sales invoices, and contract invoices)

AR Clerk

  • See how many new AR Customers are created -  AR Customer are the number of new customer records created in a day.
  • Make sure your AR Clerk is entering AR Receipts- AR Receipts are the number of new AR Receipts entered into the system.
