Overview
In e-automate, there is a feature called Change Orders, it creates a task/Change Order when a user in einfo wants to notify the admin department of changes to equipment in the field. If a piece of equipment is moved to a new location, then it creates a change order record that can be assigned to an e-automate user and can be tracked as incomplete / completed.
ID465 is a simple alert to notify you that a Change Order has been entered via eInfo, and someone needs to process the change.
