ID465 - Notify when a Change Order (EQ Move) is Entered via E-info Overview & Sample:

In eAutomate there is a feature called Change Orders, it creates a task/Change Order when a user in einfo wants to notify the admin department of changes to equipment in the field. If an equipment is moved to a new location, then it creates a change order record that can be assigned to an eAutomate user, and can be tracked as incomplete / completed. 

ID465 is a simple alert to notify you that a Change Order has been entered via eInfo, and someone needs to process the change.
