This is an alert that checks every ten minutes that each tech is assigned to a call. If a tech goes more than fifteen minutes without dispatching him(her)self, an e-mail goes to the tech's manager and optionally to the tech directly to remind them to do so. We need some feedback from clients on how to handle a couple of the remaining problems, particularly how to deal with lunch breaks and return-to-base calls (if you techs don't log those as calls, we need to get creative otherwise this alert might not be for you).
