This is a call with BadSync Data.  This means that the data entered remotely from the technician (ex. part number) does not match any part numbers in E-Automate.  The call will be placed on hold with a "BadSynch Data" label.  To resolve it make the necessary adjustment to the incorrect data (in this case the part number) and change the onhold status to the current actual Hold Status.  Delete the BadSynch Data information and then proceed with ordering the part.
