This is a call with BadSync Data.  This means that the part number entered remotely from the technician does not match any part numbers in e-automate.  The call will be placed on hold with a "BadSynch Data" label.  To resolve it, make the necessary adjustment for the part number and change the hold status to the current actual Hold Status and then proceed with ordering the part.
