ID134 – Set up of Sales Reps/Managers in Employee Record

In most operations, sales reps are not paid their commission until the invoices for their deals are funded/paid.  This alert is meant to keep the sales rep notified/engaged regarding past due invoices for their hardware sales. 

1) first alert sends one email to the salesrep assigned to the invoice  for all his/her past due invoices

2) second alert goes to the reps manager (the manager assigned to the salesrep employee record in e-automate) showing all past due invoices for his/her team.


For this alert to work, ALL sales reps must have an email in their employee record AND be assigned to a manager





The sales manager also needs an email address in their employee record, since they are a manager they will need a manager also assigned – they can assign themselves as their manager.
