This alert is designed to remind you that you've left equipment on a specified condition (i.e. repair) for longer than VariableX days. If you have Equipment Custom Properties containing info you'd like to shown the alert output, please specify their names in VarY, VarZ and Var1.

Variable X: Enter # of days in condition after which to trigger
Variable Y: Enter Custom Property 1 name to show contents of or leave blank for none
Variable Z: Enter Custom Property 2 name to show contents of or leave blank for none
Variable 1: Enter Custom Property 3 name to show contents of or leave blank for none
Variable 2: Enter Branch Number(s) to trigger on, separated by comma, or leave blank for ALL

1. Reviews Equipment Records for condition code(s) you list in VariableW and if device has been set with that condition for more than VariableX days will report on email daily until status changes.
2. Email can show contents of up to three Custom Properties you choose by listing name of Custom Property in Variables Y, Z, and 1
3. Requires that you have your equipment history tracking configuration setup to record Condition Changes to the equipment history log. This is found under Tools / Options / Equipment:
