This alert is designed to remind you that you've left equipment in a specified condition (i.e., repair) for longer than Variable X days. If you have Equipment Custom Properties containing info you'd like to show the alert output, please specify their names in VarY, VarZ, and Var1. 

ID684 is the main alert - clone available is ID692.

 

Run Schedule:  Weekly on Mondays

Variable W: Enter Condition Code(s) to be monitored (separate multiple with a comma)

Variable X: Enter # of days in the condition after which to trigger

Variable Y: Enter Custom Property 1 name to show contents of, or leave blank for none

Variable Z: Enter Custom Property 2 name to show contents o,f or leave blank for none

Variable 1: Enter Custom Property 3 name to show contents o,f or leave blank for none

Alert Functionality

1. Reviews Equipment Records for condition code(s) you list in VariableW, and if the device has been set with that condition for more than VariableX days, will report on email daily until status changes.

2. Email can show contents of up to three Custom Properties you choose by listing the name of the Custom Property in Variables Y, Z, and 1

3. Requires that you have your equipment history tracking configuration set up to record Condition Changes to the equipment history log. This is found under Tools / Options / Equipment:
