We suggest you have an email account that gets copied on all alerts, something like email@example.com. We can copy all alerts to this email address and then when you need to see when something last triggered etc. you just log in to that mailbox. We also suggest you use this as the default From address on alerts that do not require a response, more. This would be a user mailbox and not a distribution list. This is useful when you want to see emails that have gone to your customers or technicians.
We also suggest you have groups like, Dispatch@, AR@, Sales@ etc. We can do a bulk update for you if you get a new employee.
By default we will add firstname.lastname@example.org to all emails that trigger, let us know if you want it to be something different.
