Cannot invoice or create service calls, GLID Null error

If you have an error when trying to enter or invoice a service call, examples below:

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'GLID', table; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.


You have item(s) that are on the service call, but the service code has been removed from the item before it was entered/invoiced. E-automate cannot identify the GL to expense the items to, because it is expecting that the service code on the item pull that information. Check the items on the service call and make sure they all have a service code assigned to them.
