CEO Juice has a few alerts that report on changes to critical eAutomate data. Many clients want to know who made the changes, and while we can show who the 'last updater' was, we can't guarantee they made the change. The Last Updater is the last person to view that item and click OK. When our alerts send output, it is pulling the last updater record in the eAutomate tables only.
An example of a scenario: John modifies an item at 11AM, changes some key information. Susie edits that same item at 2PM, makes no change but clicks okay as she exits. Our alert runs at 4PM and will report the changes made to the item record, however it will show Susie as the Updater. The chances that 2 or more people might view the same item between when our alert runs are slim but possible.
