This process is only for companies that are member of one of the four groups below. This process is to improve input and certify data for the SBA Model and the annual dealer survey.
Strategic Business Associates (SBA) benchmark the model numbers for four of the main copier dealer groups, The Copier Dealer Association (CDA), The Business Products Council Association (BPCA), The Select Dealer Group (SDG) and The Pro Dealer Group (PDG).
The survey results are due back by Friday February 26th, the deadline to use this process is two weeks before, Friday the 12th.

Step 1: Subscribe to ID912 to start the process or email email@example.com
Step 2: Map your chart of accounts via ID893 Mapping App
This requires Lucee Tomcat Software (ID161) to be installed which we require your IT approval for before we will install.
Step 3: Run your Financial Reports by starting with ID900 which shows your mapped numbers with the SBA chart of accounts and your financial numbers. This report runs in SQL Reporting Services. Accessible at: http://<servername>/reports

Step 4: Review Reports (ID909). This is a report to help you review and analyze your financials month over month for rolling 12 months and help to understand how they can be improved. This is the key report as you are looking for trends!
Step 5: Review ID910/Account List to help you analyze what accounts are mapped and which have no financial data.
