ID200 / ID216 - Opting out a Customer or Contact:

ID216 emails your customer when an order is entered

ID200 emails your customer when an order is shipped out

You can turn this feature off for a specific customer or contact, but the Custom Property used for ID216 and ID200 are different.

For ID216 the Custom Property is: ZCJOrderConfToOrderedBy for Customer Record and the Contact Category for Contact Record is ZDNSOrderConf

For ID200 the Custom Property is: ZCJDisableShipConf for Customer Record and the Contact Category for Contact Record is ZDNSShipConf

ID216 Opt Out Process

For Customer Record:

Edit the Customer Record/Custom Properties Tab (does not work at Parent or Bill To Level), select Customer Configuration and ZCJOrderConfToOrderedBy must be set to 'Disabled'. 

For Contact Record:

Edit Contact Record/Categories Tab, select ZDNSOrderConf.

ID200 Opt Out Process

For Customer Record:

Edit the Customer Record/Custom Properties Tab (does not work at Parent or Bill To Level), select Customer Configuration and ZCJDisableShipConf must be set to 'Disabled'.

For Contact Record:

Edit Contact Record/Categories Tab, select ZDNSShipConf.
