This alert is designed for clients who have customers that want to see the results of surveys that their users have completed to gauge the satisfaction of their company. This can be easily assigned via ContactRecord linked to CustomProperty in Customer Record.
(Email will be sent to your contact in format much like you receive for your survey reponses.)
VariableW = CustomPropertyAttribute (default is ZCJSurveyResponses) on CustomerRecord that holds the contact to send response to:
Use VariableY to indicate which survey(s) to send a copy of to ContactRecord listed CustomProperty on CustomerRecord. Alert will fire to equipment listed under "location of" CustomerRecord as well. (Will be working on ensuring alert will fire on locations if Parent CustomerRecord has none set up 4/13/16.)
