Our clients have always found a need to ship some customer-replaceable items to their customers on a sales order, as opposed to sending a tech to install/replace them, even when those items may technically be parts and not supplies. Recently we're seeing a rise in the number of high-dollar items (an example would be fusers in some machines) which are customer-replaceable but quite costly and also possibly covered by the manufacturers warranty program for a certain number of clicks (yield).
