Overview

If, after a technician’s car stock is counted, he is missing one part that costs $500 and has an extra part that costs $450 then the standard e-automate Physical Inventory Status Report will show the variance as $50. However, many service managers consider the actual variance to be $950. This version will show the $950 variance and can be used in place of the standard e-automate report.

Best Practices & Tips

Best Practices & Tips

The best practice is to install this Crystal Report file into the custom reports folder used by e-automate. If you install it in the standard e-automate reports folder, then you will need to reinstall this report file after any upgrades.
