Overview

Overview

When a technician installs certain parts, these may require a meter reset or alter the serial number reported by meter collection services (DCAs), potentially leading to significant billing issues. This process allows you to flag these parts using a custom property and then receive a notification when one of these parts is used on a service call.

Run Schedule:  Weekdays at 7:30 PM

Type of Output: Email
