This is a Power BI report designed to review all Customer and Vendor record relationship setup. The idea is to allow you to dissect the inter-dependency and relationships between the eAutomate lists and codes tables, and their relevant linked records. ID700 is one of a series of power bi reports (ID700, ID737, ID810 and ID816) designed to review how your eAutomate database is setup, whether a single database or looking across multiple EA databases.

ID700 is one of a series of power bi reports (ID700, ID737, ID810 and ID816) designed to review how your eAutomate database is setup, whether a single database or looking across multiple EA databases.
The use case is for these reports to allow you to dissect the inter-dependency and relationships between eAutomates lists & codes and their linked records. For example:
1. Show me all the Tax Codes that are using Tax Authority "X"
2. Show me allBill Codes that are hitting GL account number "4015"
3. Show all the Contracts that are using BillCode "X", and the contract type default system bill code does not match the bill code on the contract
4. Show all the items that have vendor "ABCD" as the primary vendor
5. List all the active contract equipment that is on a contract with meter groups, but the equipment has meters that are not in one of the contract meter groups.
These reports are not transactional in that they do not include billing details, order details, call details etc, these are purely to help you validate that all the codes that are used in eAutomate are configured correctly and associated across co-dependent codes.
With the above examples in mind, ID700 is specifically looking at your customer and vendor records and allows you to cross reference code setup.
