Keeping Model and Item data updated in eAutomate is a time-consuming manual process. Data does not generally get entered, leaving each dealer reinventing the wheel. This process will share information that manufacturers want in exchange for useful information that dealers want.
In addition, service managers would receive global data in ID28 our dashboard for service metrics, allowing them to compare their numbers to those of other dealers, or dealer groups. How does your model's performance compare to the rest of CEO Juice's worldwide client base?
The model data would include Model Dates, intro., disc., etc., Model Segments, and Configurations.
Item info like yields and warranty info.
ID838 shares only model and item master data plus anonymized, aggregated model performance metrics; it does not share any customer-identifying information.
The more dealers sign up, the more data points we can provide. We have the basic pipe in place now. We plan to expand this to predictive data as manufacturers build out their AI models.

Server Requirements: Public static IP address for your company network. It must be the same as the server provided with the below requirements. We will pass it on to ECi (with you on copy) so they can whitelist it, allowing access to your hosted e-automate database.
The server must meet the below requirements:
- .NET Framework 4.8
- 64-bit version of Windows 10 or 64-bit Windows Server 2019
- 4GB disk space for performance monitoring logs

Online availability during refresh hours (typically 4-6am and up to 8 times per day for some reports)
