We often get asked which CRMs are best, while we don't know or use many we do see what CRMs people ask us to integrate with and what they are moving to and from.
We have a section on our site for popular software, you can filter it to CRMs.
The Industry looks for a CRM where a sales rep can get pricing to quote, get the order approved online and push the approved order into eAutomate, more here. As well have insight into eAutomate data like service history. Ideally the CRM manages new product info as they are released.
As of Jan 2025 we see dealers moving to SalesForce (Agent Dealer version) the most, followed by SalesChain, filled by HubSpot (If they already use HubSpot for marketing) followed by Microsoft Dynamics. We do see some dealers choose the native version of SalesForce, note the native SalesForce and HubSpot do not have quoting for the industry so you need to add a quoting tool like QuoteIQ from Keypoint Intelligence.
Acsellerate is the low cost option from ECi. ECi does have their own quoting tool (DQM) but we are not seeing many still use it.
We do think you should be using HubSpot for marketing and focused on Inbound Marketing and not telemarketing. We recommend reading Marcus's book They Ask You Answer. We also encourage you to email links and not PDFs, more here.
If using HubSpot look at QuoteIQ from Keypoint.
