ID625 - Techs with more than W Pending Calls Overview & Sample:

This alert is designed to advise you if any tech has too many Pending calls assigned to him or her. Set your target number as VariableW; if any tech has more calls (Pending + Parts Available calls) than your target number, the alert will let you know so you can prioritize and/or re-assign work. Triggers for ALL call types.
Default schedule is every hour during business hours.
Variable W - Tech has more than W calls pending: Trigger when tech has more than this number of calls pending. Default value is 5.
Variable X - Field Tech: Custom Property indicating whether employee is a field tech or not. Custom property "ZCJFieldTech" with yes/no type.
