ID345 - Inactive Sales Reps Still Assigned to Customers Overview & Sample:

When a sales rep leaves your company, it can be difficult to remove all traces of the rep from records in e-Automate. This alert provides a list of all customers where the sales rep on the customer is inactive. The alert has no variables. The alert will default to show only the top 250 records; if you need the full list of customer records, email help@ceojuice.com and we will trigger the alert for all records for you.
 
The default schedule is weekly on Monday mornings.
** This alert does trigger for all customer records, active and inactive. The business case is that you want to be able to mine eAutomate for leads so you'd want to make sure every customer is assigned to an active rep.
