Overview

When a sales rep leaves your company, it can be difficult to remove all traces of the rep from records in e-automate. This alert provides a list of all customers where the sales rep on the customer record is inactive.

 

Run Schedule:  Weekly, Monday mornings

Type of Output: Email

The alert will default to show only the top 250 records; if you need the full list of customer records, email help@ceojuice.com, and we will trigger the alert for all records for you.

1. The alert will trigger for all customer records in e-automate, both inactive and active.

2. The alert is checking to see if the sales rep assigned on the customer record is still marked as active on their employee record:
