Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
1. Reports users logged into more than one eAuto instance. Use eView to see ALL real-time active users.
2. Requires users to have a UserID on their e-automate Employee Record:
3. We will also auto-install an eView for you so you can see all active user sessions at any given time. Does not provide historical data.
UniqueID = workstation ID
CreateTime = what time the e-automate session started
LastUpdateTime = the last time the user was active in e-automate
ExpireTime = is constantly updated to be 8 minutes past the LastUpdateTime. This allows eAdmin to see if someone is inactive for 8 minutes or more.
