Alert Functionality

Alert Functionality

1. Provides real time updates to Sales of Hold Status changes specific to their assigned accounts.  Alert will report once when account put on hold and once when account removed from hold.

2. Sales Rep and Sales Rep Manager e-Auto Employee Records must have valid email address.

3. Be sure to select send to Sales Rep and/or Sales Manager if you need alert to send to Sales based on their assigned accounts. We use our internal alert ID320 to determine whether you've told us to look at e-Auto or your CRM to determine assigned accounts.

4. If set to send to Sales Rep, then any emails in To/CC/BCC and Sales Rep Manager will be included in email sent to rep. If Send to Sales Rep NOT selected, than Sales Rep Manager and anyone in To/CC/BCC will receive one email with all qualifying accounts listed.
