Assumption: you are on a calendar fiscal year, otherwise this alert will not work for you. This alert checks daily for postings into a previous month. If you qualify under the assumption, this alert will make sure that if a previous month is opened, and not properly re-closed, your people will not accidentally start posting transactions (mostly voids) into the previous month.

Sample Output: Includes user, date created, JE#, Account# & Name, Date & Period posted to, Fiscal Period should be in, Source, Reference # and Description.
