Overview
For clients who don't do contract renewals or contract end dates (just contracts that are evergreen), use this report to trigger XX days prior to each anniversary of the contract start date for a snapshot of contract performance.
Use SSRS Report ID150 Contract Profitability for a more complete contract profit review.

Variable W: Qty of Days - Enter the number of days prior to expiration or anniversary date that the report should consider.
Variable X: Frequency - The frequency in days to send email.
If VariableX is set to 30 and VariableW is set to 60, the report will show contracts expiring/anniversary date between 30 to 60 days out.

Alert Functionality
1. The report will use VariableW and VariableX as a range in days so that the same contracts don't repeat.
2. If variable X is set to 30 and Variable W is set to 60, the report will show contracts expiring/anniversary date between 30 to 60 days out.
3. For each contract, the report shows the equipment details, including:
- Contract Type
- Base Rate
- Contract Bill Code
- Copies Covered
- Model
- Serial number
- Overage Rate
- Install date
- Average Monthly Volume
- Decision-making contact
4. The summary section of the report shows the following details for each equipment record on the contract:
- Black and White Meter
- Color Meter
- Total Meter
- Base Meter
- Overage Meter
- Underage Meter
- Revenue
- Effective Rate
5. This is also installed as a custom on-demand report where you can use the contract/customer advanced selection filters to manually run the report for your selected records.
