VarW = Days since last contact recorded in Sherpa
VarX = Major Account designation (separate by comma)
VarY = Activities to exclude (separate by comma)
VarZ = Activities to include (separate by comma), if left blank will include ALL Admin & System activities from Compass Sherpa
