Our process ID768 helps you focus on the contracts you lose the most money on and our process ID560 tells you about low profit contracts up for renewal, but you may have some big contracts that are just barely profitable where a little TLC would have a big impact. A $250k per year revenue contract with just 5% margin might not show on our 1st two reports but have the biggest upside.
We suggest you focus on ID768 and get that list cleaned up before you move on to this process. Like ID768 this process relies on an action plan and review date on the contract in eAuto so that it disappears off this report.
