Overview
This alert sends out on the schedule specified in Variable X and sends a CSV file attachment as well as the information manufacturers typically require on "HOST" equipment only. You can also run this report directly from the e-automate reports console.
You can list the Make (manufacturer) that you want this alert to run for in Variable W. You will receive one email for each make specified. Variable X specifies the cycle you'd like this report to run. Variable Y is used to specify if you want to include or exclude the customer's name that the equipment was sold to on the report. If you're sending this to your manufacturer, unless they specify that you have to include your customer's name, we recommend you select 'Exclude' and the report will insert your company name in that column.

Variable W: Make(s) - Enter the makes to report on, separating multiples with commas. This variable is required.
Variable X: Frequency - Enter the frequency to have the report sent, options are Monthly, Weekly, or Daily
Variable Y: Customer Name - Enter 'Include' to include your customer's name on the report or 'Exclude' to use your company name as the customer on the report.
