Best Practices & Tips
Best Practices & Tips
We recommend using this alert to help be in-the-know of equipment due to bill soon and the meter collection process is considered special. For example, on equipment that is notoriously hard to collect meters for. This can put extra eyes and attention on collection leading up to the scheduled bill date. The alert can also be used to notify you on equipment that doesn't get collected from customer but also doesn't flow into your system from a collection agent and instead your team must log in to the collection software and manually enter the reads.
