Overview
This alert will check for items in inventory that have duplicate serial numbers, regardless of the make or model. When receiving serialized inventory into e-automate, the system will not let you enter the same serial number for the same item record. It is possible to enter duplicate serial numbers for equipment that has a different item and these are the items that the alert will report on.
