ID686 - Duplicate Serial Number(s) for an Item in Inventory Overview & Sample:

There is a rare issue in v7.6 that a certain sequence of events out of their normal order will create a +1 & a -1 qty for the same item/serialnumber. It manifests itself when users try to press the Availability button on a serialize item with the message Key is not unique in collection and the popup fails. This alert will catch those rare occurrences, but they cannot be easily corrected and you should contact help@ceojuice.com or customercare@digitalgateway.com for assistance in remedying this situation.
