This alert is used to verify billable supplies on a supply order using the usage limit meter type. The alert will review all orders with 'supply' in the order type and trigger on any items that have a usage limit meter type specified in Variable W and the item was billed on the sales orders.

2. The line item amount was greater than zero.
3. Usage limit meter type ID on item equals Var W.
4. Sales order has a type that contains the string 'supply'.
