This alert pulls a snapshot from your CRM of outstanding activities not completed. It helps ensure your sales manager is aware and he in turn can help the sales reps complete their appointments. Very useful for alerts that look at data captured after the appointment.
This alerts lists incompletes for Sales Rep Name, The Customer the activity was with, the Scheduled Date, the Activity Type, the Activity Code, and reference notes: (Follow UP with customer, Get appt with customer to replace machine)
This alert has 2 variables:
VarW = Codes excluded (personal)
VarX = Exclude older than X days
