Most dealers do Quarterly Business Reviews for their larger customers; and our QBR report (ID258) is very popular. But what about those smaller accounts?
This process sends the Decision Maker an email each year on the contract anniversary date saying it's the anniversary and asks if they have any questions or would like to meet to review their account. For example, you can ask if they would like to meet to review SLA performance with a survey link to provide feedback. You would need to ensure you have the Decision Maker identified in e-automate, or define which contact you want to use.
