ID288 - New Call opened after hours for Custom Property set on Customer, Overview and Sample

Some clients do billable service calls 24/7 and they want an alert sent to technicians whenever a customer that has the custom property defined in variableW is set to ENABLED. Create the attribute as a userdefined lookup with the properties (Enabled / Disabled). This alert will only fire for those customers who have this custom property enabled.

Sample output contains CallNumber, CustomerName, EquipmentNumber, Status and Amount, as shown below:
