This alert ensures that your company picks up the equipment that your customer is renting from you when the rental period concludes. This alert assumes that your rental process is to place a rental machine into the field, create a service contract for the coverage of the machine and rental fee, and create a service call scheduled on the rental end date. The alert triggers off of a specific contract type(s) and service call type(s) that you define.

1. Alert reviews service contract with contract type specific in Variable W to obtain the serial number on the contract.
2. Then, alert reviews all scheduled service calls for this serial number to ensure that there is a service scheduled that has the call type specific in Variable X.
3. If there is no service call with call type from Variable X for this rented serial number, the alert will notify you of it.
