ID234 - Alert for Equipment on Rental contracts that do not have an open call scheduled for pickup at end of term, Overview and Sample

This is a process meant to ensure that at the end of a Rental contract period the equipment is picked up from the customer. So the process is that whenever a Rental is placed in the field, a contract is created to bill that rental fee, and a service call is scheduled for the rental ending date with the specified calltype so that we know the equipment will be picked up at the end of the agreement.

Sample output contains Equipment #, Install Date, Customer Name, Contract Number, Start Date and Expiration Date, as shown below:


Variables are:

VarW = Characters to search contained in your ContractType code for your Rental Contracts

VarX  = Calltype used to indicate pickup of Rental
