Business Case: We have clients who use service calls to swap out defective toner cartridges on client machines and they use a billcode DEFCART (you indicate the billcode you use in VariableW on this subscription) on the service call to make the item not billable to the customer. They want to get an alert of the call details (model/sn/customer/item/description) showing those defective items.
Set up the billcode in Eautomate/Tools/Lists and Codes/Bill Codes:
