ID814 - RMA Created for Specific Branch Numbers Overview & Sample:

If you use eAutomates functionality to process RMAs (Return Material Authorization), this alert will notify on specific branches (set in Variable W) when an RMA is created. 

NOTE:  By default this alert will always go to the creators manager, and by checking the creator box you can include them as well; along with adding email addresses to the Static To's, CC's and BCC's.
