ID860 - Emails You the Customers Answers in a PDF Attachment for a Compass Survey Overview & Sample:

ID806 emails you a PDF document with your customers answers from a Compass survey. This alert is required if you are using ID145, that sends a survey email to your customers after an appointment has been completed inside Compass.

The PDF contains all questions and answers for that survey, and highlights any question that has an answer lower than the target threshold.

The response is sent to you within 30 minutes of a client hitting 'submit' on the survey.

Note, no emails need to be listed in the ID806 subscription, you list the emails of who is to receive the answers in the ID145 subscription.
