ID754 - New System Codes Created that need consideration in ECM Configuration, Overview and Sample

This alert is geared for those clients using The ECM (electronic commission module)..... This add-on module from ECi uses these system codes (Equipment Codes, Item Categories, Bill Codes, Billing Account Code, Contract Type, Overage Type) to determine commissionable actions when calculating. So if someone at your company creates a new code (for the above) in the system, then someone else might need to review that code and take the appropriate action if the new code is to be considered in the ECM process.
