Our process ID535 will stack rank your customers letting you know who is the most and least profitable. Our Process ID789 lets you see which of your Key Services each of your customers is not using. We track your customer satisfaction levels using Net Promoter Score (NPS) ID470. HubSpot is the #1 marketing automation platform within our client base and we have an integration. HubSpot provides “data augmentation”, you enter the company’s website and HubSpot will add the address, phone number AND number of employees and industry segment (NAIC). We then search through all prospects in your HubSpot database to identify ones that fit your ideal customer profile based on Profit, NPS, NAIC and # of employees.

We have the option to include the number of page visits the "ideal" Prospects have made to your site, plus push the data to you in a report or to your CRM.

We also push “Promoters” into HubSpot so you can leverage them to go wider in your account.
