1) Added enhancement for fraud security that does not allow partial payments on invoices with a balance due of less than $20 regardless of checking out as a guest or a signed in user.

Customers cannot short pay an invoice that has a balance due of less than $20.00. This is to protect against fraudulent users that might try to test credit card active statuses by paying an invoice in the portal as a guest or signed in user.

If customer tries to enter a pay amount of less than $20, then the pay amount will revert to $20 in the payment amount field.

If customer tries to pay an invoice five times within 5 minutes and the payments fail, the invoice will become locked and unable to be paid for 24 hours. The customer will be directed to the page shown below.

**NOTE that the AR email address that will show for your customer is your company's AR email address you provided to us prior. Reach out to help@ceojuice.com if you need to change it.

The lock on the invoice will automatically expire after 24 hours. If you would like to unlock the invoice sooner for your customer, you will log into the payment portal and locate the invoice that is locked and select Remove Lockout.
