This is a Power BI report for sales analysis across your entire data or filtered as needed. Below are the data points we plan to show but let us know what else you want to see.
A list of leases expiring in the next X months showing equipment not targeted for upgrade (VariableW on ID593). Leases in evergreen.
A list of models that show as discontinued by the manufacturer (via ID838).
A list of models known to be a security risk on the network.
A list of customers using/not using a Key Service(s), plus Key Service history, plus Cross Selling Index. If you are targeting growing Managed IT across your base and want to see how that growth is trending.
A list of equipment with excessive service calls or excessively high or low volume. Equipment older than X years.
Net Promoter Score by customer & model.
