For ECi Hosted clients: We are working with ECi to open up our access so we can set an ODBC connection for you. If you are interested, then please provide us the public static IP address for your company network so that ECi can whitelist it to allow us access.

The data from our table will only update once per week on Monday's from CEO Juice. There is just too much data being processed that we risk bogging down your server running frequently. This means that even if your Power BI Report and Dashboard update daily, the data will only reflect changes once per week.

The series of Power Bi reports (ID700, ID737, ID810, ID816) are designed to review how your eAuto database is setup, whether a single DB or looking across multiple DBs.
