Overview
ID530 is our UPS integration with eAutomate and ID531 is FedEx. We have been searching for a solution for address correction where we see clients paying hundreds of dollars in address correction fees each month (https://hub.ceojuice.com/blog/shipping-incorrect-address-charges). This is an integration with ShipStation (shipstation.com).
ShipStation has address correction built-in and we can write tracking info to your eAuto Shipment Records.
ShipStation allows customized color labels (if using color printer) and custom configuration (label only, remarks , actual item descriptions , barcodes , your logo, etc.) to print the shipping label as well as the packing slip on 1 label (top part is shipping label…bottom is packing slip ) reducing the print pages and helping assure accuracy . it has a tracking portal that can be branded as well for each client so when their customer click in the tracking link, they go to a branded portal that displays progress of shipments.
As with all of our integrations, this is included in your monthly fee.
**Note that we also have an integration with OnShip ID34. OnShip allows you to ship via SpeeDee and ShipStation does not, however ShipStation has advanced label options. Both integration are designed to allow you to easily switch back to UPS WorldShip (or FedEx).

API Creds
API Creds
We need your API Details entered by you on our website as shown below. The user entering on our website will need 'Customer Admin' security role - ask us at help@ceojuice.com if you need to know who has.
Step 1: Please enter credentials on our website (https://www.ceojuice.com/CustomerAdmin/Integrations) via Profile / Integrations:
Select ShipStation at bottom:
The API credentials will need to be set up by an Admin User by clicking the little gear icon at the top right corner. Then on the left pane, click on Account / API Settings and then at the bottom click the “Generate API Keys” button and you see the new API credentials.
Step 2: Link your credentials to your ID503 subscription via Variable8.
Make sure Variable8 on your ID503 subscription is populated with your ShipStation API credentials like this (otherwise we aren't talking to your ShipStation platform):

Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
1. This integration looks for (1) Sales Orders with Status you've listed in Variable1 and the Shipment Record to be created.
Once those two steps are completed, you will see the order in ShipStation platform within 2-minutes. If address error, then ShipStation will correct and we will send you an email so you can fix address in eAuto for future orders.
Process Flowchart:
2. Reach out to contacts below for training and/or for getting your Admin User set to provide us the API credentials:
Garrett Gould, Greg Ahneman, Ryan Nimmo, and Whitney Jordan
3. This process can coexist with OnShip (ID34) and with our UPS (ID530) and FedEx (ID531) integrations
4. Alert is cloneable so you can have different API credentials to facilitate different shipping label from address based on branch(es):
5. We will create these eViews:
CEOJuice Shipping Service shipment item dimensions
ShipStation has the ability to record item weight and dimensions (width, length, height) information (in addition to the overall package weight and dimensions). When this information is recorded in ShipStation this e-view will show the updated weight and dimensions on the items that are loaded into the ShipStation items list. It essentially shows a growing list of all unique e-automate item numbers that have been submitted to ShipStation over time. It will be a growing list of new unique item as they are submitted to ShipStation. This item weight and dimension information can potentially be used by other shipping services in future and reduce the need to weigh these items again on the next shipment.
CEOJuice Shipping Service shipment items
This shows the items that have been submitted on the sales order shipment to ShipStation. This is only relevant to ShipStation because OnShip does not consider item-level information. It includes basic information like Sales Order and Shipment Number, item description, unit of measure and conversion factor, and cost and quantity information. This also shows item weight information if available.
CEOJuice Shipping Service shipment methods
Shows a list of ship methods mapped from e-automate ship methods to online shipping service shipping options. This makes it easier to see which e-automate ship methods have been mapped and set as eligible ship methods for use with the online shipping service.
CEOJuice Shipping Service integrated shipments
This e-view serves as a log to show which e-automate Sales Order Shipments have been submitted to which online Shipping Service and current status of the shipment. Data points of interest includes ship address submitted, address validation status, address validation error information, shipping method, online shipping service order number, tracking number if shipment is completed, and standardized shipment address used by online shipping service.

Verify Shipment created via Sales / Shipments and Deliveries:
Search by the Order Number:
Step 3: If above does not resolve or if you are having issues with your ShipStation platform, please reach out to ShipStation directly:
Garrett Gould, Greg Ahneman, Ryan Nimmo, and Whitney Jordan

Required Setup & Training
Required Setup & Testing
Step 1: Link your credentials to your ID503 subscription via Variable8.
Make sure Variable8 on your ID503 subscription is populated with your ShipStation API credentials like this (otherwise we aren't talking to your ShipStation platform):
Step 2: Create Codes in eAuto to match your subscription variables:
a) Create Order Status: ShipStation. This is the default order status set in the subscription variable 1. (If you opt to change the status name, you will need to update variable 1).
b) Create Order Status: Shipped. This is the default order status set in the subscription variable 2. (If you opt to change the status name, you will need to update variable 2).
Step 3: Testing
a) Create a test Sales Order that has (1) Status of ShipStation (value in Variable1), then (2) you MUST ship the Sales Order:
b) You will then see the order in the ShipStation platform and can "ship" the order there.
c) Once the order is shipped correctly in the ShipStation platform, within 3-minutes you will see the Tracking Number details on the Shipment Record:
After Testing:
Once you decide to fully adopt ShipStation as your shipping platform, you are more than welcome to change the statuses used in Variables 1 and 2 to streamline with your standard business practice.
